If the EPA actually enforced all their rules pertaining to automobile
emissions, probably at least 1/3 of people who work on their own
vehicles  would be fined or jailed, and pretty much every street level
performance shop would be put out of business as well as alot of
performance part manufacturers.

What it boils down to is.. It really doesn't matter. The only  time it
matters is if you live somewhere that requires emission testing, then
you simply won't pass until you undo your changes.
