Your credit union should know about a guide called
Cars of Particular Interest.  This is a "blue book" of sorts
for collecitble cars.  Another place to look is the Sports
Car Market price guide.  This gets updated periodically 
and is based on worldwide automobile auction results.
Nothing official, but it does provide another reference
point.
