RE: [DML] Hard start issue?

John,

I tried inserting the idle wrench into the hole, but there is a piece of metal in the way, like it came from the factory like that. I made a post on Tamirs forum and i got a response that you have to drill the metal to get the idle wrench down. Let me know, thanks

John,
It has never died at idle but most of the time it cant find a steady idle.
It will drop to 550 appx and jump to 1200 to keep the engine from turning
off and then it will slowly correct itself and jump from say 600-900 and
keep jumping between those numbers. But i will try the 1/8 turn and see if
that helps. thanks
