[DML] Front License Plate

Greetings. This weekend I was issued a 'fix it' ticket (fortunately, with no fine) for not 
having a front license plate, which apparently is required on all cars registered in 
California.

Does anyone know if a front plate mounting bracket exists that does not require me to 
drill any holes into my facia?
