For just 3 months, in addition to what you are already going to do, 
I would put some Marvel Mystery Oil in the fuel, run the car for a 
little while at least with the MMO in the fuel; you should be able 
to start the car up without any special prep. I'm not sure a 
completely full fuel tank is a good idea but over 3/4 I would agree 
with. Your problem is going to be "flat spotting" the tires. They 
need to be rolled off the setting spot at least every 30 days or 
removed from the car or the car raised off the ground - or just get 
some new tires if the flat spots turn out to be a bother.
