Re: [DML] Hot Start Issue and BTTF movie

Sorry, but this is just BS !

In the movie the starter didn't crank. This problem was solved
a few weeks or months after the production started. If there
still is a car out there with that problem - it's the owners fault !

The "normal" hot start problem after meanwhile over 20 years
comes from the fuel accumulator that is leaking. The car is cranking
perfectly but simply not starting ! Problem is not a Delorean specific
one, instead it is a simple maintenance thing. Many other cars
do have these fuel accumulators, too. The K-Jetronic needs that thing.
But how many other cars with K-Jet are still on the road ?

You're getting mixed up two totally different things. I'd suspect this
from a kid or from somebody who doesn't know anything about these
cars, but not from an owner !
