That's a characteristic Delorean noise.  It comes from the paper gaskets 
in the air horn-the 'w' pipe. Part #102284.  Replace them and torque the 
four bolts down to the spec.  You may be able to get rid of it by only 
tightening the bolts but be careful not to break them.
