Martin,

Actually I've never seen a "factory installed" door glass creep in its
runner. Urethane is very strong (seven times stronger than silicone) so you
must have encountered a glass that was re-bonded with butyl tape or some
other inferior product. That's just my two cents...no point to prove so
let's not argue OK? BTW Paul don't bend your tracks as they can be adjusted.

The windows can creep over 25 years in their runner and it's easier to 
pull the window off the runner and re-glue it back where it should be. 
Don't ask me why they do it but we recently re-bonded one that had moved 
over half an inch - you could see the marks on the glass
