Here ya go (from my Renault manual)

In this table, the 2849cc engine is a Z7W - and it has 91mm ID liners

For those curious about turbo PRVs, the Z7U is a Renault 25 Turbo, and 
the Z7W (at the time of publication) was the Alpine A610 - note 
increased ring size and tougher gudgeon pin on the Z7X
