Worst. Job. Ever.  Orfice tubes never come out in one piece.  Never. 
Just stay at it.  Use lots of WD-40 and the thinnest pliars you can 
find.  If you want you can use a sharp pick to get some of the orfice 
tube guts off the side of the pipe, but be careful not to poke a hole in 
the that tube-it's aluminum.  Leaky evaporators are very inconvenient.

I don't think sobriety is necessarily a requirement for this job, but 
patience is.
