Fiddly but not impossible if you have a set of stumpy spanners 
(wrenches). Note the locknut for the crimp can get stuck on the shaft 
and just spin. Our senders have a spade terminal which solves this as 
you can just cut the wire off.

So yes, fiddly, but possible
