[DML] EPOXY COATING ON FRAMES

 Hello, I was wondering if there was a problem with applying POR-14, type 
 product directly over good epoxy?   I have sections of my frame that the 
epoxy appears to be in good condition, but there are small sections where 
 its starting to chip/flake off, I was wondering about coating the frame 
 with the POR-14, and wanted to see if the epoxy would have to be removed 
first. Thanks for any info.
