Seat Leather Installation

I need some help in replacing my seat covers. I just got a new set of 4 
pieces to re-do both. Do the seats need to come out of the car to do it 
right? Is there any place that has instructions? How hard is it to get 
it to look perfect. Should I just wait and have Rob Grady do it the 
next time I am there?
