drivers trim loose

What is the easiest way to remove the rear plastic trim that covers 
the speaker? My car currently has the common problem of the trim 
bolster coming loose from the trim panel and looks as though it might 
be able to be refastened from the rear if I can get to it with out 
causing more problems in the process. No wonder they went to a one 
piece design later on in production.
