New DeLorean

I put a deposit on a new DeLorean, '82 5-spd. I need to replace the 
brakes and clutch. I have not yet seen the car, before I commit to 
purchase how can i tell if frame rust is an issue? I have seen 
photos of it and the car is in great shape, always garaged.
