I have not been following all this thread, but I can definitely confirm that
I was contacted directly by Rock Star games early this year to see if I
could find them a DeLorean to buy in the UK.

They said they were featuring one in their latest game.

They wanted one for publicity purposes and were then thinking on giving it
away as a prize. After a few exchanges of emails, it all fizzled out.
