Travis, I had the same problem when I replaced my original lines with the 
stainless steel lines. It wasn't the SS lines fault, What i found was that 
someone had put black silicone on the threads in the fuel distributor and one 
of the FD ports was partially blocked. I cleaned it out and replaced all the 
injectors and everything is fine now. I haven't look for torque spec's on the 
injectors, but if you use new washers when you replace the banjo bolt, I just 
snug them down. Maby less than 5 or 6 lb's.
The fuel pump bolt torques at about 11 lb's if I'm not mistaken.
