I'll chip in what little I can.

The car probably isn't starting because the inertia switch is tripped.
Look in the drivers footwell for a little black box mounted by the clutch.
Make sure the plunger on the top of it is not up. That turns off the fuel
pump in case of an accident.

Depending on where you are in the country, you have a few options for
getting a repair quote. If you're in the northeast/midwest, go to PJ Grady
in New York. If you're central/southern, check out Houston. Southeast,
have DMC JOE take a look, and if you're in the southwest, take it to Don
at DeLorean Motor Center.

And I'm not going to ask if the deer's okay. :)
