Re: Stripping paint



Do not use brake fluid to strip the paint. There are lots of paint 
stripping chemicals you can use to strip the paint off. But be warned 
that if you do strip the paint, it is going to take some work to get 
the Stainless panels back to their original grain. Also you may find 
some "bondo" fixes under that paint. If you want info on how to strip 
the paint down and regrain the Stainless, talk to Dan (Danrc30) he 
has done this with great success. Check out the pictures he took 
after he did it in the vault.
