Jim, if the overlay is one of the conventional electrolumescent kind and
wouldn't require me to send the gauge cluster off for installation , count
me in. I've installed a few of those kind on other cars. Delicate, requires
careful removal of the gauge needles, but do-able.

Since your message suggested sending the cluster, is it not going to be a
conventional overlay?
