Here's a neat little trick to tell if you are leaking transmission fluid or
engine oil (both can look similar on a garage
floor):

Put a sample of the leaking fluid on a paper towel. Put samples of engine
oil and transmission fluid on the same
paper towel. Look at them under a black light. They glow differently, so
you'll be able to match the leaking fluid.
