Re: [DML] Volvo Gullwing?

Yes, Gabe. I for one, do not think that the gullwing doors are the only thing that makes the DeLorean special. Its just everything about it, its history, its design (both interior and exterior), the rear mounted engine, the glassfibre and stainless steel, and so on, and so on...

But I am glad that another car manufacturer is about to productionizing a car with gullwing doors. They may be gimmicky, but they are VERY practical. Bottom line is - I want to see more cars with gullwing doors!

And no-one has to be afraid that the DeLorean will suffer if more manufacturers start to incorporate gullwing doors instead of conventional ones.

The DeLorean will always be unique. In fact its so unique that maybe people will start to say DE LOREAN DOORS instead of GULLWING DOORS....like: "Oh, look at that Volvo/ Chrysler/Ford/GM car -it has DE LOREAN doors!"

In any event, our beloved DeLorean will always be GULLWING ONE!
No question about it!

Best wishes

Wow, don't you people see more than just the gullwing doors in the Delorean?
The volvo could have the doors yet nothing else similar. Not to mention
Volvo and a sports car is a combination I have to wonder about.
