The D's gotta go....

Well, I'm going chapter 7, which is forcing me to sell my baby. I thought I'd post a message here first, then it's on to ebay....

53K miles, Stainless, front/rear facias are painted black, auto trans, grey interior is in excellent condition with the exception of the binnacle and glove box lid which are cracked (the glovebox has just a couple minor cracks, the binnacle is covered). 

It's my daily driver, engine runs strong, transmission could use a tune-up ("lags" when accelerating from a dead stop), but the tranny computer is only about a 8000 miles old... Probably needs one or more new shocks (it makes a bit of a squeeky noise when going over bumps)... 

Recently replaced brake cylinder and upgraded SS brake lines. only one very minor ding in the driver's side door near the window. I paid $16K and put over $4000 in repairs... I still owe $8500 on it, and I have to buy some sort of econo-family car with the proceeds, so I'm asking $12,000 ... Car is located in Eugene, Oregon .
