The new VW Bugs have what appears to be a blacklight in there instrument cluster, I'm going to take a closer look and see if it is indeed a UV light or just a set of purple bulbs (w/UV output).

I havent looked very closely at how the lights are mounted in the cluster on the D, but I've found a 4" UV light that may possibly be custom fit in between the binnacle and the guages.

That sounds like a very good idea but where do you mount the ultraviolet
(black) light to activate the UV paint?
