Re: fuel pump not sending fuel.

Is fuel accumulating inside the boot? (i.e. is there a leak in one of the hoses attached to the fuel pump?)

Is the fuel intake hose still attached to the fuel pump? Can you start it with starter fluid in the intake manifold?

Try those.
