[DML] New Speedometer Decal?

I have some questions regarding the speedometer decal.
We all know the 85MPH limit is ridiculous. (This was US legislation which 
made this a reality, right?) So I guess that the 140MPH speedo was the first 
choice for DMC...

Mr. Maier has made a fantastic replica of this 140MPH, yet I feel that this 
also is "out of the range" of "normal" DeLorean driving. I mean, who drives 
their DeLorean at 120-140MPH???

I would love to see a decal where more of the speedo range is actually used. 
85MPH=TOO LOW, 140MPH=TOO HIGH

What about a new speedo decal showing 95MPH (Back to the Future)
On the other hand I've heard that this is impossible to calibrate???

A speedo of max 100/110 would be perfect.

Any opinions on this?
Who can make it? Mr.Maier? Perhaps the honorable gentleman who is offering 
us the new arrow window switches stencil kit?
