Gus,

To remove a frozen shifter knob wrap the knob in a protective covering and
use a pipe wrench to apply sufficient force to unscrew the knob. If you need

I just received a new shiter boot with metal frame.
I tried to unscrew the shifter knob, but it does not budge.
