So what ,,,i bought the Duralast for $71.00, and the installation was
so easy that I figure if the darn thing doesnt last 100,000mi. i can
install 3 of these and still not have spent that Big D price ,,,is it
wrong not to enjoy the challenge of finding the cross over parts ,,,i
mean ,,they were made by the same manufacturer's for the automotive
industry , so ,what if i used a heater fan from a Pontiac Fiero , out
of a wrecking yard , its worked all summer and all winter so far ,,,so
what if i used a $4.oo fix-a-guage, over the counter diode to fix my
water temp guage ,,,so what if i used a CV boot from an oilfield
driveline shop locally ,,it fit ,,it works ,,I'm happy, So what guys ,
you don't work on your own car ,,,and got money to burn ,,,SO WHAT , i
don't operate that way .
