[DML] door/roof weatherstripping

On the top of my door along the T-panel roof line I have some old 
weatherstripping that needs replacement. I purchased the replacement part 
for it through PJ Grady and now I need to know how to remove the old stuff. 
It seems to be riveted right on to the door in between a metal plate. I 
cant take it anywhere so I have to do this myself. Any hints on how to get 
the plate and stripping off? And then how do I get the new stuff on?
