Apparently you do not understand about Park Ave New York,It is/was THE most 
expensive place at the time to have a office,it was not unheard of, to pay 
upwards of $100,000 or more per month in 1981 dollars appox.($400,000 in 
todays dollars)per month for a office on Park Ave ridiculous for a startup 
company.There were less expensive areas that would have impressed his 
clients,than throw good money at
Park ave,again the downfall of DMC was NOT the car but the man himself for 
foolish spending,and not sticking to his original plans to make the car as 
originally planned.
