[DML] Horns

No argument here, Joe. Sorry if my post seemed to belittle our OEM
horns. My horns were 18 years old, very tired and have surely seen too
much of the "elements". I'm sure the OEM's sound great new. I was
just happy to find an adequate replacement set at a good price at a
Nationally known car parts store.

As for the Horn relay, Do our cars have a horn relay? and do you think
the replacement that came with the new horns is worth keeping?

In defense of the OEM horns and just for the record you should know that

they sound great when they are new. After 18 years of being exposed to
the
elements they gradually loose sound quality and volume.
