Sorry, not quite correct. The bulk of the remaining cars were certainly sent to Consolidated in Columbus Ohio, but there were quite a few hundred cars sold at auctions in the UK (British Car Auctions). Also, the receiver sold new cars to a number of dealers/collectors, and there were five cars auctioned at the factory when all the tools and equipment were finally auctioned off. Not to mention two transporters carrying twelve new cars that were hijacked by the carrier responsible for shipping the cars from the factory to the docks. They were also subsequently auctioed off in Belfast.
