[DML] Jacking Points

I remeber discussion on the best points to jack the D. I had trouble finding 
the post in the archives. I want to lift the entire car and put it on blocks 
to remove the tires. Whats the best place to jack each corner and the best 
place to postion the blocks? Thanks in advance.
