[DML] DeLorean One / DMC Houston

Has anyone ever heard the real reason why D1 and DMC Houston split?
And - was there really a split, or did the DeLorean One Houston facility 
simply change the name after aquiring the rights to use the DeLorean Motor 
Company name and logo?

Anyway, I've used both D1 (stainless steel bumper letters) and DMC Houston 
(all manuals)and both have provided me with A+ service! Keep up the good 
work!!!
