Can also happen if the plastic sheath gets pulled out of the adjusting
turnbuckle (same effect as screwing the turnbuckle back 1/2" or so).
Mine used to be bad for that. Will prevent the throttle plates from
closing all the way. Simply pop it back into the turnbuckle if that
indeed has happened.
