Todd,

does the car ever get driven or does it just sit?
if the body and interior are consistent with an unabused 11K mile garage
queen, i would easily pay $18,000 as long as it was started up a couple times a
year and driven around the block. if it's been a decade since it was moving
around, you may want to pass because it PROBABLY needs all new hydraulics (brake,
clutch systems) and a new fuel system.

Even if needed a totally new fuel system and a totally new brake and clutch
system as well as waterpump master kit and new radiator and tires, i would
probably have less money in it than my 55K mile DMC i have now.

new frame, here i come!
Andy
