Take off the inner weatherstripping (it just pulls up) and see if the 
headliner material is draped over the other side.   If so, if it gets wet it acts as 
a sponge and pulls all the water into the material.   Also take off the 
T-Panel eventually and make sure that the plate underneath it is properly sealed.
