Not much of a ECU..

All it does it read the O2 sensor, and control the
frequency valve to adjust how much fuel goes in.

There is no control over ignition, and no control over
"firing" the injectors as found in modern EFI systems.

Of course, you could upgrade to EFI... and even fully
electronic ignition (no mechanical distributor) and be
able to "tune your engine with a computer".  :)
