You might be thinking of my Delorean Mileage Tracker I threw together for Memphis.  The idea was to track just how much mileage (in total) we all added to our cars due to the event.  But it also calculated MPG after the event when people enter how much fuel they used (see the Memphis entries).

 It's still up and available for everyone to use for Pigeon Forge, if they wish.  Check it out here:
