[DML] Not Starting

All,

Here's a challenge.

My D fires up but won't run.

It's had a new fuel pump, and filter. I have just replaced the 
injectors. The plunger in the metering head was stuck initially, but 
I've freed it up now.

The problem is the injectors don't seem to be spraying at all. With 
the fuel pump running, and the air flap pressed all the way down I 
get nothing, not even a dribble. Yet with the injector removed fuel 
flows out the banjo fitting OK.

I assume there is a lack of pressure....

Any help would be appreciated!!
