Possible Warm up regulator or sticking plunger in the fuel distributor.

Subject: [DML] won't start

Help. My baby wouldn't start about two weeks ago and I thought it was
from bad gas. I drained and cleaned the tank, then replaced the
screen, pick up hose, fuel pump, fuel distributor, fuel injectors and
cold start valve. She still won't start. It trys to sputter and run
for a few seconds but won't stay running and smokes up a storm when
it does. What am I missing?
