I too managed to lock my keys in my D one time while working on the toll booth windows.  At the time, the drivers door toll booth window was unoperational.  This was a long time ago and I don't remember all the specifics, but b/c the window didn't work, I was simply able to push the window down into the door, reach thru, and unlock.  If you haven't already, just try to push the window down into the door, it may work.  Of course, try both of them.  Good luck.
