As founder of the DML, moderator emeritus, and the original "Iron
Hand", I agree with Dave Swingle. The list was started for discussion
of the original car, company and man - not watches, or any new cars
JZD may claim to be producing. That's a perfect subject for some
energetic person to do with a DIFFERENT Egroups list.

I just recieved an email from a Bobby D. Mims. It stated that it was
an auto reply from MSN.COM when indeed it came from TYLER.COM. It had
an attachment called Fun.Exe. THIS FILE IS A WORM VIRUS! Delete this
email if you recieve it. I got it as a response to my posting to the
brake problem posting on the DML.

Subject: 16"/17" Wheels
I remember a while ago a few people were talking about getting the
16"/17" wheels. Well I've seen what the 15"/16" wheels look like on the
car, but I have not seen what the 16"/17" look like. If any of you with
the 16"/17" could perhaps upload some pictures of them on your car to
the vault, or email me privately, it would be greatly appreciated.
Right now getting new wheels is not even close to being on my to-do list
for my new car, but I am just curious. Thanks.

On the subject of using fix-a-flat products if you use the product on
an aircraft the F.A.A. has strict protocols in quickly afterwards to
remove the tire from service and remove the fix-a-flat. It has been
shown to corrode the rim resulting in a sudden failure of the rim and
loss of control. It is to be used only as an emergency repair and
must
soon be followed up by complete removal and proper repair.

Tom,
I suggest taking the power from the breaker that runs the door locks.
This
breaker has an extra spade lug on it and is convenient to hook onto. It
is
also a safe place if you hook onto the output side of the breaker. Of
course, you should have a fuse in the power line going to your CD changer.
Chances are, one is already there. Off hand I don't know of any places to
connect to ground in that area.
If someone tells you a better place, let me know.
