You could do that, yes, however: 1: You would have no title for the car. One way around this is to assume the VIN from another car. That is to say that nobody would issue a MSO for the car. 2: If the car were to be built in '06, it would have to meet all the emmission, safety, bumper and fuel consumption laws that the DOT and the EPA place on cars. It wouldn't be a '8x DMC, it would be an '06 model. Would be a hell of a show, though. Don't let me stop you.
