[doc] Craig Radio wanted please!

All,

One of the small niggles I have with 6126 is with it's new found habit of
terrible radio reception. It has historically been fine, but recently has
totally failed. I know by experiment and substitution that it's not an
aerial fault. (boo). The tape-player is also pretty dire, runs too slowly
and sounds about as muffled as a fourth-hand copy played underwater.

Does anyone have a spare Craig radio going for a song, as it were? It
doesn't matter if the LED's aren't working, because mine are 100% and I can
swap that part of the circuit over to a new case. Doesn't really matter if
it's a dud from the tape point of view either, really - I'm sure they're
fixable. However a fairly detailed examination has failed to reveal anything
obvious to explain the problem in the radio part of the circuit.

If anyone does, please let me know - I have a couple of other long European
trips planned and I'll go mad without some French radio station to listen
to!

Thanks all, feel free to conatct me off-list of you'd rather

Rich Hanlon
