Chris,

Just get yourself a standard ISO lead from somewhere like halfords and wire
it up.  Make a new 12 volt and ground directly from the battery and run new
wires to the speakers.  Not to hard to do.

Don't forget that the standard wiring for the speakers share the ground
between all the speakers and modern stereos and speakers wont work correctly
like that.
