[doc] Seat belt - buckle direction

All.

I would also be interested in anyones experience of changing seat belts
in a DeLorean.

On my own car, the buckle for the drivers side is around the wrong
way...

In order to sit correctly on the person wearing the belt; when
unconnected, and flat against the wall of the car, the buckle should be
on the inside. On mine it is on the outside. This means that the belt
itself is twisted at the bottom when I wear it, preventing the load
from being correctly passed to the anchor point.

This appears to be a feature of the early bodied cars, at the NEC this
year, 1 car had the belts correct, 1 had both 'wrong', the other 2 both
had one in each direction.....
