[doc] Speed Sensor - Attn: Glen

Hey Glen,

I sent you an offlist msg, but didn't seems to go
through... How much is the speed sensor going for? As
I would like to have one.

And was it properly fitted to a D (no 'too long'
problem that Chris H mentioned earlier?) and tested
that it works ok?
