[doc] RHD steering rack

I did`nt want to tell anyone which rack we used in case it did`nt 
work. Well today it was all conected up so I can let the world know. 
We got two Ford Cortina racks and had them joined together by a local 
firm that does specialist engineering jobs. If anyone needs any help 
or advice please contact us and we will pleased to assist. It cost us 
less than £200, plus we can still sell on the LHD rack to raise some 
cash. Picture of the rack in the car are in my picture file.
