Hi everyone,

Thanks for all the replies! I like it when everyone puts their thoughts out to the list.

My car is running absolutely fine, but I wanted to ask the question to see if it was something I could do just as a little improvement, sort of like having properly functioning car electronics but still changing all the fuses for new ones anyway.

I think the decision is "leave well alone" and just get her back out on the open road for a thrash down the motorway. Just got to put her all back together first. And clean her.
